The hotel rooms were looking very tired, smelled like cigarettes, and were not clean. Additionally, it was disrupted at 2:00 am by someone buying water from a machine outside my room. Despite these drawbacks, the service was friendly and accommodating, with adequate work space for business travelers. The location was great, not far from the ferry and justified the price paid. The dining experience, while offering options, felt cramped and super busy, especially during breakfast. The facilities provided were satisfactory, although there were some issues with cleanliness.
